Terms & Conditions

All items are pre-inspected for damages before any services are done. 

Any damages found will be photographed, noted and emailed to the client before services are started. Please note that severely damaged items may be sent back & refunded if we are unable to wash them safely. Damaged items may also be placed in laundry bags to prevent further damages and ensure the quality of your blankets.

We do not offer repair services at this time. (COMING SOON)

We do not offer washing service for wool items at this time.

After 30 days of no pickup (after pickup date), we will charge a storage fee and item will be held for up to 1 year. After 1 year items will be sold for a discount if still left.

A delivery charge of $25 will be applied for barn pickups, please ensure you have included this in your form.

Pickups with over 30 blankets will not have this charge applied.
